    The houses on De Normanville Avenue are due for completion in January 2020. Construction work at Station Approach began on 3rd October 2016 and the scheme is being constructed in phases, with an aim to complete final handover of all properties by the end of 2020 / start of 2021.

    Station Approach is being built in partnership with Warwick District Council, and will include a new council owned 100 space car park and an improved cycle-path to the station via the underpass off Avenue Road.
